• How can we become a Bookmark partner school?

• How much does the reading programme cost?

  We want to support as many schools as we can with our programmes and therefore, thanks to the generosity of our donors, we have kept the cost to schools as low as possible and offer programmes for £12 per child, which equates to just £1 per completed reading session.

  We provide schools with many additional benefits such as termly book bundles, grants, book clubs, The Story Corner magazine, plus access to training and webinars.

  Sessions that are cancelled ahead of time are not chargeable, however, Bookmark will not provide package benefits to schools that cancel more than 20% of booked reading sessions.

• When do programmes start?

  Programmes can be posted at any time during the academic year. Schools have flexibility to decide which children will take part and for how long.

• Does the child get the same volunteer for their sessions?

  Yes, the volunteer commits to all 12 sessions when booking a programme.

• What do I do if a volunteer does not show up?

  Fill in the volunteer no show google form sent to you by your SRM

• What is the helpline number?

  Schools can call 0203 995 7960 for support 

• When will my Rocket Pack arrive?

  Your SRM will be in touch each term to let you know when to expect your Rocket Pack
