The main way volunteers can connect with each other is through the messaging platform, 360L. We have a really supportive community of volunteers. You can find more information about 360L and links to join our groups here.
Our Volunteers Team also run regular drop-in sessions for volunteers, which you can find and book into on the ‘Events’ section of the Bookmark Library.
You will receive the link to use in your reading sessions in a confirmation email once you have booked a programme and again the day before your first session. The link stays the same for the whole programme and you will not receive a new email with the link before each session, so make sure you keep it safe!
Ensuring the safety of children and volunteers is at the very heart of what we do. You can find our Safeguarding, Safer Recruitment and other policies relating to volunteering in our Policies & Procedures section.
