How can I get support for a technical issue?

Is my device compatible with your platform?
Both our Volunteer Hub and the platform we use for the reading sessions are compatible with most modern devices. Please ensure your device is up to date and you are using a fast and stable internet connection.
Volunteer/School Hub: We recommend you access the Hub via a desktop/laptop browser for the best experience.
Reading platform: We recommend you access your reading sessions using a desktop or laptop; however, it is possible to access the reading sessions via tablet (e.g. an iPad).
How do I reset my Hub password?
If you have forgotten your password for the Volunteer/School Hub, please visit the login page here and click on the “Forgot your password?” option.
You will then be redirected to a page where you need to fill in your username (this is the email address you use to login to the Hub) then click on “Reset password.”
Subsequently, you should receive a link via an email to the email address specified above, where you can reset your password.
Please be advised that password reset links are only valid for 24 hours, after which the link will expire, and you will need to repeat the above steps.
If you do not receive a password reset email, please check your junk/spam email folder in case the email has been moved there by your email provider.
