Bookmark Reading Charity’s 5th birthday: a message from Tom Fletcher
We’ve had a fantastic time celebrating our 5th birthday so far. We’re grateful for all the support we receive from our community who’s contribution makes Bookmark Reading Charity’s mission a reality.
We know that igniting the joy of reading in a child, can help them shape a better future. In just five years together, we’ve supported over 5,000 children on their way to becoming confident readers.
Our birthday has been made even more special by this message from McFly’s Tom Fletcher and our wonderful volunteer Zoe Bourn. We’d like to say a HUGE thank you to Tom and Zoe for wishing Bookmark Reading Charity a happy 5th birthday.
Tom Fletcher’s book The Danger Gang is included in Bookmark’s Your Story Corner pack for primary schools in Sheffield. The schools will receive over £2,000 worth of free books and reading resources to support their development of a whole school reading culture.
