Please note our community of volunteers is critical to the delivery of one to one reading support. When a school cancels, the volunteer’s opportunity to help improve children’s literacy is lost. It also negatively impacts on the volunteer experience which means that volunteers may cease to offer support. It is therefore important to keep school cancellations to a minimum. Bookmark will not provide package benefits to those schools that cancel more than 20% of booked reading sessions.
